Caitlin Hulcup was on the vocal staff at the Royal Academy of Music in London before being appointed a full professor of voice at the Universität der Künste in Berlin in 2021.

She is regularly invited to give guest workshops and masterclasses at music schools internationally. Among such workshops include sessions for the Melba Opera Trust, the University of Melbourne Conservatorium, the Staatliche Hochschule for Musik Trossingen, the UWA Conservatorium, the American International Music School in Graz and Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music Singapore.

Prof. Dr. Hulcup has served as a panellist for the Australian Music Foundation and at AIMS competitions and scholarships. She holds a PhD in vocal performance from the University of Melbourne.
